How to file a notice with Afdah

If you believe a link on Afdah points to material that infringes your copyright, email [email protected] including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. The exact Afdah URL(s) where the link appears.
3. Proof you are the rights holder or an authorised agent.
4. Your full contact details.
5. A good-faith statement and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Our response

Valid, complete notices are actioned promptly. Once verified, we remove the offending link from Afdah as quickly as possible. Incomplete notices may be delayed pending the required information.
